Bodil is available for short and long talks, lectures and classes for any size group at Hotels, recreation Centers, companies, conventions or as part of lecture & class series or any other appropriate venue. She has available material on just about any topic relating to health, herbs and nutrition.

 

Lecture Example

Gaylord Resort & Convention Center (2008) , National Harbor, MD. Bodil spoke at a luncheon for 40 Business women. Each course of the meal had specific herbs included. The participants were served; Brie with Flower Chutney, Arugula Salad, Chicken with Rosemary and a trio of Creme Brulets with Ginger, Lavender and Lemon Grass. Bodil Spoke before each course about the herbs used in that dish, about their historic uses and culinary and medicinal value and uses. Each participant received a sachet containing organic Lavender and also a detailed handout. Also available were fresh Rosemary and Lavender plants. During the meal, Bodil roved among the tables to answer questions or discuss specific issue.

 

Class example

Bodil can put together series of classes on almost any topic related to health, nutritions and alternative medicine. She has taught provate classes and classes through venues such as SMile Herbshop in College Park, MD and Tai Sofia Medical Herbalism, Md.
