Bodil is available for short and long talks and lectures for any size group at Hotels, recreation Centers, companies, conventions or as part of lecture series or any other appropriate venue. I have available material on just about any topic relating to health, herbs and nutrition.
Examples
2008 - Gaylord Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, MD. Bodil spoke at a luncheon for 40 Business women. Each course of the meal had specific herbs included. The participants were served; Brie with Flower Chutney, Arugula Salad, Chicken with Rosemary and a trio of Creme Brulets with Ginger, Lavender and Lemon Grass. Bodil Spoke before each course about the herbs used in that dish, about their historic uses and culinary and medicinal value and uses. Each participant received a sachet containing organic Lavender and also a detailed handout. Also available were fresh Rosemary and Lavender plants. During the meal, Bodil roved among the tables to answer questions or discuss specific issues.
Burtonsville Recreation Center, MD Pre-luncheon lecture to about 40 seniors on Health and Wellness. Bodil spoke about what changes each person can make, with nutrition, lifestyle, execise, supplementation to maximize health and wellness during the aging process.
Business Network International, MD 2004 - 2005 - 2006 - 2007 Topics presented from; use of medicinal herbs in solving health problems, immune health, safety of herbs, approaches to specific illnesses, how Chinese Herbal Medicine works.
